Suzanne Summers's Menopause "Cure"

By Cate Sevilla

Suzanne Summers has apparently found the way to avoid the "Seven Dwarfs of Menopause": Itchy, Bitchy, Sleepy, Sweaty, Bloated, Forgetful and All Dried Up. Aww, that's clever, Susan! Well done.

Considering so many women truly suffer during menopause, Oprah thought it'd be a good idea to bring cameras into Summers's home so they could see what her magical menopause routine consisted of. I'm sure that many of the women who were hoping to find out something really helpful from Summers's routine were left squealing with fear in front of their plasma screens.

Summers battles menopause by taking, I kid thee not, 40 pills in the morning, and then 20 more pills at night in a smoothie. She also rubs hormone lotion on the inside of her upper arm, "always estrogen and two weeks a month progesterone". Then, THEN, she injects estriol VAGINALLY. Yes! A VAGINAL INJECTION. EVERY DAY.

Sorry, but I'd rather be dried up and sweaty then taking fucking 60 pills a day and sticking a needle in my vag.

Most women can avoid the symptoms with just one hormone pill... I'm sure she's happy not to be dry down there, but I have to wonder how sick all those chemicals (whatever they are) will eventually make her.

I hope this makes it to Suzanne. I had insomia as a syx of menopause, also. I
knew a pharmacist that sent my spit to a lab in Seattle, Wa. It showed my estrogen was perfect, my progesterone was 40% low and my testestrone was out of sight. So he gave me a herb called, Test a calm and some protesterone
cream. When I can't sleep I use this combo for about 3 to 4 nights and then I don't need them for about 6 wks. This has worked for about 5 yrs. The thing that scared me about your routine was the damage all the suppliments can do
if you don't need them and you could dowse and see if it would be benefit for you. I have trained my body (using my hand as an indicator) to tell me if I need a
suppliment. The way you are taking them can become toxic and the build up can hurt your liver, etc. I save $ on suppliments and can see if taking them together is centergestic or if I need to take them alone or at a different time of day. Also, the thing that scares me is when a woman goes to a doctor and they
Rx estrogen and if they are like me w/ perfect levels, no wonder woman get
breast cancer. I hope you will look into dowsing and see if your body needs all
those at this moment. You know Dowsing (looking for water w/ a forked stick)
Remember this may sound crazy but that's what they say about your practices.
Call me, I'm a native Californian and a mental health therapist, I won't bite and
would love to help you to take only what your body needs and in what combination.
